How to Add a Table Floorplan

Please Note: You must have Tables enabled in location settings.

1.

Creating a floor plan to match your restaurant is essential to running your business smoothly. Table management allows you to create and edit a 2-D virtual setup of your restaurant. To get started, select “Table Management” on the left navigation bar. You will be brought to the table management page.

Hit “Edit table layout” to start creating rooms & tables. We recommend starting with your main room first.

After hitting edit, you will notice editing features are enabled.

 

Please Note: You must have permissions to table management in order to be able to edit. Learn more about permissions. CLICK HERE

If no rooms have generated, hit the “Add room” button to get started.

5.

Name the room being added and the hit “Add new room” button. This will generate a blank new room.

6.

Start creating the table layout by choosing between the two types of tables. Select the table and drag it over to the layout.

7.

Once you have created the table layout matching your restaurant, use the “edit” button to customize each table.

8.

A pop up will appear. With the pop up, edits can be made to the table(s) name and its maximum capacity.

9.

If a table is no longer needed, find “delete” next to the “edit” button and the table will be removed.

10.

Once the restaurants table layout has been created and edited, be sure to save your work by hitting the “Save” button at the top.
