Rejected Orders

Orders can be rejected once the order has been sent to the kitchen.

On the Orders page select “Cancel”.

Once cancel is selected a Reject Reason will be selected. These reasons will be set up on the CURV portal under Setting -> Defaults -> Order Rejection reasons.

When the order is cancelled it will be moved to the rejected order Tab  

Note: If Cancel is selected by mistake, Simply tap outside the reject reason box to close the popup and continue using the Orders Page.
