Transferring orders

Orders that have been placed while logged into the incorrect user can be transferred to the Correct employee. Only Open orders can be Transferred. The transfer must be issued on the employee account the order was placed. 

 

Transfers are issued on the Employee’s Page. Orders can only be transferred to employee’s that are also clocked in. 

 

Select the shift the Order was placed

Scroll Down to the Employee Order Section
Select the Actions Drop Down and Select “Transfer Mode”.

Select the Check Box next to the sale and Select “Transfer Selected”.

4.

Select the employee the order should belong to and select Submit.

 

Note: The Employee transferred too needs to be clocked in to accept the order.
