How to edit a completed shift | Admin

1.

In order to edit a shift, you must be logged on an account with admin credentials. Accounts with admin credentials are typically owners, managers, etc. Please confirm which account you are logged into by checking the headshot icon at the top left corner of the screen.

After confirming your account, use the navigation bar on the left to enter the Employee tab.

The employee page will appear. First select the employee you’ll be editing. Once chosen, locate which shift you want to edit, select the “View Shifts button”.

A calendar will appear. Select between two dates to generate the Clock In and Out list. Then hit “OK”

Now that the Clock In and Out list has generated, select the shift you would like to edit. Hit the edit button all the way to the right of the shift.

  • For this example we are selecting 12/12/2022
  • We will be editing the shift so that it shows it ended at 12/12/2022 at 11:00 PM

The edit shift details menu will now appear. Make the edit by selecting one of the fields of text. Once the edit has been made, hit submit.
