DoorDash Delivery report is used to keep a record of all orders placed for delivery and picked up by DoorDash Drivers.
Important information displayed is
DoorDash ID: used by DoorDash to identify the order.
Dasher: The Name of the DoorDash Diver
Dasher Phone Number: This is the contact number assigned to the driver by DoorDash
Dasher Status: Will either be picked up of Dropped Off
Status: This is the Status of the order on the CURV platform.
Tips: The Tips on the order, this is to be paid out to DoorDash
Delivery Cost: This is the cost paid by the customer placing the order, this is to be paid out to DoorDash
DoorDash total: This is the total owned to DoorDash for the Order. The Tips + Delivery Cost
Reports can be Filtered by
Date:
-Today
-Yesterday
-This Week
-Custom Date Range
Orders can be display by the date the order was placed or the shift it was placed. Shifts may cross calendar days, filtering by shift will allow orders from the same business day to be viewed.
Display by Shift: Will show the orders placed within the defined shift hours.
Filter Rows:
Order can be filters on the grid view to show only the desired values.
Sorting: Each Colum can be sorted to order the value from highest to lowest. Select Clear sorting to remove the sorted display.
Export: all reports can be exported to an excel file.
Internal Delivery
Internal Delivery are also reported. The same information is reported, without the DoorDash Information
Order date: Date order was placed
Order Number: Order Number on CURV System
Delivery Address: Customers address
Tips earned: Tip assigned to the order
Delivery Cost: This value is determined by the merchant
Order Total: The total gross order value
